Scholastic Tests

This week (starting Tuesday) will be our third Scholastic Reading Test. The test involves three sections, reading, writing, and vocabulary. The reading section includes two stories and requires kids to answer multiple choice and open-ended questions. The writing section assesses kids on the Six Trait (see Six Traits of Writing article) we recently studied which was Voice. The last section, vocabulary, tests kids about words from our Scholastic Reading Series.
