Needed: Completed Hopes and Dreams Goal Setting Sheet

You will be getting a "Hopes and Dreams" goal setting sheet in your child's Monday Folder September 26th. Please take a moment to write your hopes and dreams for your child on this sheet and bring it with you to your scheduled conference. There are seven areas in which you may write goals for your child (reading, writing, mathematics, science & health, social studies, social & behavior, and specialists). Please take time to add your hopes and dreams under any or all the categories. You may ask your kids for some input or do this on your own with your past knowledge of your child's academic and social needs. Thanks for all of your effort you spend to make sure your child succeeds!
