Needed: Signed Behavior Rubric

Please sign and return the behavior rubric form this week once you have reviewed it with your child. The rubric scores will determine the behavior grade on report cards. Look for more information on our rules and logical consequences in upcoming newsletters. An example of the rubric can be found a few posts down. Levels 0 and 1 are perfectly acceptable levels of respect, responsibility, and safety. Levels 2 and 3 show a need for improvement and should be addressed with your child.
