Great Basket Bonanza News!

Hey Parents! Great news on a new donation for our Basket Bonanza!

Gary Black, Great Plains and Alaska Regional Director for Cirrus Designs in Duluth donated a one-hour flight certificate to fly up to three people in their SR 22 plane (The value of this flight is $300!). He also included a Plane and Pilot Magazine, a Cirrus brochure, and a DVD detailing the SR 22 plane that is made right here in Duluth, Minnesota.

I have flown in one of these planes before and they are a wonderful, safe, smooth aircraft. I know it doesn't totally fit with our "Movie Night" theme but I thought it would be a nice addition to our fundraising efforts. I will donate the movie "Fly Away Home" and include the certificate. Gary actually flew the pilot that the film is based on at his home airport in Oshawa, Ontario.
