Assignment Sheet Redesign

Did you notice that the assignment sheets changed and turned blue? Grades four and five are both using these sheets. We added an independent reading portion to the back that you may notice. Please initial and date inside the boxes to verify that your child has independently read throughout the week. This data will be charted to help calculate the independent reading grade for the third quarter. We would like at least 30 minutes a day average for at least five days a week.

Please make sure you see these assignment sheets each week, as many are not being returned on a regular basis. This is a huge connection between home and school and your child will benefit by the added communication.
