Week 2 Spelling

We are starting week 2 of our spelling for the year. Below you will find a list of this week’s words. We take a preview (pre test) at the beginning of the week and then a review (post test) the same day to assign the following week’s words. The kids are assigned a spelling contract in which they need to complete by the review date. The words are from a list of the 1000 most frequently used words and many are crucial to every-day writing. Look for a list on most future Classroom Connections and this weblog.
