The Week Ahead: Days 42-46

Halloween is behind us and November is in full swing. We will be focusing on reviewing procedures learned at the beginning of the year. Our second week of regular weekly assignments (see article below) will be given, so look for those at home for completion throughout the week.
November 11th is the end of the grading period and report cards will come home November 18th.
The kids are writing short health skits that they will perform this Friday. The skits are required to teach vocabulary and concepts learned in their assigned section in chapter 1 of the health book. We will continue to rotate Wednesday through Friday in social studies, math, and health.
Our morning meetings continue to be going well. Kids are doing a great job building community and learning how to work as a group. Remember that an open invitation stands for anyone to come to our morning meetings that are held Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00-9:15. As always, please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Thanks for taking an active role in your child’s education.
